Dream Pasteries mission is to provide a variety of fresh, high quality products. Following the European tradition, all our products are made fresh, from scratch daily on our premises. We use only the highest quality ingredients and never use preservatives or extenders. Dream Pastries was established in 1997 and is family owned and operated.

Jacquot Balleydier, the pastry chef and baker refined his trade in France and the United kingdom before bringing his talent here to Colorado. He is a traditionalist, dedicated to his craft and uncompromising in his technique.

Soraya Balleydier, the partner in artistic endeavors, will interpret your vision to make a unique cake. To that end she will help you attain the wedding cake of your dreams. Call for an appointment or stop in to look at the various reference books for ideas.
