We are a European style Bakery and we rely on scratch baking techniques without using preservatives,stabilizers or emulsifiers. We use only fresh ingredients and do not employ any synthetic shortenings. Due to this process we create our cakes in the “torte” style-short, stacked layers.
Cake:
Vanilla, Chocolate or Almond Genoise (Sponge)
Carrot Cake, other flavors are available, but recipes need to be discussed with our Pastry Chef.

Sweet Cream (Chantilly)
Buttercreams - Vanilla, Chocolate, or Flavor of your choice, i.e.,coffee, caramel, orange
White Chocolate Mousse
Light Chocolate Mousse
Rich Chocolate Mousse
Ganache - Similar to fudge (ingredients are chocolate and cream whipped together)
Bavarian Custard - Vanilla or Chocolate
Créme Diplomate (a mixture of Bavarian Custard and sweet cream whipped together)
Fruit Mousse - Choose for traditional fruits to more exotic fruit flavors i.e., mango, guava

Artwork:
All sugar work/decorations are considered extra and charged accordingly to the design chosen. If you would like bows and drapes, or roses instead of calla lillys the price will vary depending on the difficulty and quantity.
