About Our Occasion Cakes

We are a European style Bakery and we rely on scratch baking techniques without using preservatives, stabilizers or emulsifiers. We use only fresh ingredients and do not employ any synthetic shortenings. Due to this process we create our cakes in the “torte” style-short, stacked layers.
