Ganache - Similar to fudge (ingredients are chocolate and cream whipped together)
Bavarian Custard - Vanilla or Chocolate
Créme Diplomate (a mixture of Bavarian Custard and sweet cream whipped together)
Fruit Mousse - Choose for traditional fruits to more exotic fruit flavors i.e., mango, guava
