Black Forest:
Chocolate genoise layered with chocolate mousse, whipped cream and cherries (or other fruit of your choice) and finished with chocolate cabbage rose.

Boston Cream Pie:
Vanilla genoise, vanilla Bavarian custard, chocolate frosting.

Caramel Cake:
Chocolate genoise layered with chocolate mousse and caramel.

Carrot Cake:
Moist carrot cake with either buttercream or cream cheese frosting.

Chanel:
Vanilla genoise, white and dark chocolate mousse with chocolate sprinkles.

Charlotte:
Vanilla genoise, with chocolate or fruit mousse surrounded by lady fingers.

Children’s Cakes:
Vanilla or chocolate sponge with sugar frosting is available, but we recommend a cream cheese frosting instead.

Chocolate Cake:
Chocolate genoise, chocolate mousse, chocolate glaze.

Chocolate Pear Cake:
Chocolate genoise, chocolate mousse, pears, chocolate ,cocoa powder topping.

Chocolate Tarte:
Chocolate sugar dough shell, layered with chocolate mousse and chocolate genoise, finished with a chocolate glaze.

Cortina:
Chocolate genoise soaked in rhum syrup, whipped cream and topped with white chocolate shavings.

Edelwiess:
Vanilla genoise, layered with white chocolate mousse decorated with strawberries.

Fiorentina:
Vanilla genoise, whipped cream, strawberries, bananas and fresh almond slices on sides of cake.

Fraisier:
Vanilla genoise filled with a mousseline crème and strawberries. This can be frosted with either a layer of marzipan (almond paste) or meringue on top. Fresh almond slices are placed on sides of cake.

Framboisier:
Vanilla genoise filled with crème diplomate and raspberries, almond slices on sides, topped with a layer of marzipan.

Fruit Dome:
Vanilla genoise & fruit jam rolled together then filled with fruit mousse. Cake is shaped into a dome.

Fruit Mousse Cake:
Vanilla genoise, and fruit mousse (flavor of your choice).

German Chocolate:
Chocolate genoise filled with a buttery coconut/pecan filling, covered with a dark chocolate glaze.

Lemon Beauty:
Vanilla genoise layered with lemon curd, chocolate ganache and meringue.

Princess Cake:
Vanilla genoise, patisserie cream, raspberry jam, whipped cream. Cake is covered in marzipan.

Roulade:
Vanilla genoise, crème diplomate filling, mixed fruit, rolled into a log and frosted with buttercream.

Royale:
Vanilla genoise topped with a crispie praline layer and a dark chocolate mousse, finished with cocoa powder.

St. Honoré:
Choux puff pastry filled with a crème diplomate and decorated with mini choux and whipped cream.

Strawberry Cake:
Vanilla genoise, whipped cream and strawberries.

Tiramisu:
Vanilla genoise soaked with coffee syrup layered with a marscarpone/rhum filling decorated with chocolate shavings and cocoa powder.

Truffette:
Vanilla genoise layered with chocolate mousse and scattered chocolate truffles, topped with chocolate shavings.

Truffle Cake:
1 layer of chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, fresh almonds slices on sides and cocoa powder topping.
